Include your full name, business name, phone number, email, website, the issue, when it started, and steps to reproduce it. Explain what you expected, what happened, and what you have already tried. Add relevant screenshots after removing sensitive information. Never include passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or private customer records. Include an existing ticket number when following up on the same issue.
